With 20+ years of experience, I’ve built communications, public education, and marketing campaigns that make complex issues clear and relatable.

After 15 years leading strategic initiatives for North Dakota’s coal industry, I launched LaCoe Solutions to partner with associations, nonprofits, and small businesses that need senior-level support without the cost of a full-time executive.

I design campaigns, develop content strategies, and provide practical communications leadership so organizations can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Some ideas don’t fit neatly into a Facebook post or LinkedIn update. That’s why I started a Substack newsletter, a place to share practical strategies, real stories, and lessons I’ve picked up along the way in communications and leadership.
